Available on both desktop and mobile devices, the platform allows these customers to provide vehicle information, charges, and images directly to Copart so that a fully frictionless collection service can be achieved.
Since being introduced, Copart Connect has already resulted in faster vehicle collections, as Bodyshops and Recovery Partners are finding this new process simpler and more efficient than ever.
Smooth and Seamless
The valuable time saving benefits of a digital process are clear, with an average 6.5-minute phone call to organise a collection reduced to an average of 2 minutes through Copart Connect!
And of course, access to the platform is 24/7 enabling users to submit their collection requests at a time that is convenient to them.
Open and Transparent
Once a collection request is submitted by the Bodyshop or Recovery Partners on Copart Connect, users will have access to updates including visibility on when a driver has been dispatched to collect.
This improved customer experience helps to build strong and trusted relationships throughout all aspects of the total loss journey and enables our insurance sellers to provide faster cycle times for their policyholders.
Training and Support
Our Copart Training Team has worked hard to develop comprehensive training materials on Copart Connect for Bodyshops, Recovery Partners and teammates.
As well as simple step by step guides and videos, we are also in the process of delivering a training programme both in-person and virtually.
As always, we are committed to continuously enhancing the technical skills of our teammates to ensure that expert advice and support can be provided to your partners and policyholders throughout the total loss journey.
