We currently have both full time and part time Claims Settlement Advisor vacancies at our brand-new Customer Excellence Centre in Bedford.
£18,190 per annum (full time) and £9,095 per annum (part time) plus a range of fantastic employee benefits.

It’s an exciting time to join us. Following the rapid expansion of our customer service functions, we are opening a new Customer Excellence Centre in the new year at Franklin Court in Bedford.
Our new Customer Excellence Centre will house centralised critical value-added services that help us drive more returns from customers’ vehicles. Our Claims Settlement team will be based at this location alongside our other customer facing functions.
When our insurance partners identify an accident damaged vehicle as uneconomical to repair, our Claims Settlement team is instructed to manage the process. Our Claims Settlement Advisors take over the claim – from arranging collection of the vehicle through to delivering the final settlement figure to the policy holder.
The vehicles we collect go into our online auctions, where our Members in over 100 countries bid and buy every day. These Members include vehicle dismantlers, vehicle repairers and used car dealers.
The perfect candidate for a Claims Settlement Advisor will have strong communication and people skills, with the ability to build a good rapport with both our internal and external customers.
You’ll be self-motivated and enthusiastic, taking full ownership of each customer journey and delivering a ‘world-class’ level of service every time. You will be the ‘face of Copart’ to our insurance partners’ policy holders, so a polite, friendly and professional phone manner is a must.
Previous experience in a Claims Settlement or Call Centre environment is desirable, but not essential if you have the right skills and attitude to deliver Copart’s high standards of Operational Excellence!
