Our Insurance Sales team plays an integral role within our business, as they are responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our insurance customers and ensuring that they receive world-class levels of service.
The team is a vital point of contact between our insurance customers and internal teams, working with all areas of our business to deliver the very best customer experience for the insurers and their policy holders.
We are currently hiring for the following roles in our Insurance Sales team:
National Account Manager

Location: Flexible
Salary: £50,000 pa plus £6,000 car allowance
Our National Account Managers are responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of existing insurance, credit hire and accident management customers, as well as seeking out new business opportunities.
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day requirements of a portfolio of seller accounts, delivering their requirements, continually seeking process improvement opportunities, and promoting Copart’s range of additional value-added services.
You will be expected to conduct account reviews on a regular basis and manage effective multi-level contact strategies to ensure the maximum exposure for Copart.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be an ambitious self-starter with excellent relationship management skills. Extensive knowledge of the automotive claims process is a must.

Account Executive

Location: Wootton, Bedford
Salary: £25,000 pa
Copart’s Account Executives work closely with our National Account Managers on a day-to-day basis, providing dedicated support services to insurance customers to ensure that their individual requirements are implemented effectively.
In this role, you will be allocated a portfolio of customer accounts and will become their point of contact, ensuring that all phone calls and emails are answered promptly and politely.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential as you will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service at all times, resolving any problems, complaints, updates, and account issues.
The ability to develop customer relationships and rapport is essential, so you must be a confident communicator with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
You will be expected to attend and support customer account reviews, events, and training (some of which will require overnight stays).
“In my role as an Account Executive, I assist the National Account Manager with the management of our seller accounts, building key relationships supporting with queries, and implementing and changing processes to allow for continuous improvement.
Strong communication, good attention to detail, ability to make decisions and a customer focused attitude are just some of the skills that are essential for this role.
