Sales & Marketing

Sales Agent – Inverkeithing, Scotland

We’re seeking a customer service professional with excellent communication skills, to handle enquiries from members of the public who are looking to sell their car.

You’ll be responsible for converting leads provided through various external sources and negotiating an agreed price to purchase vehicles, which will then be remarketed on Copart’s online auction platform. 

You must be computer/PC literate and an effective multi-tasker. Experience in sales/telesales desirable.

Senior Marketing Manager – Bedford

This role is key to growing our Membership base – acquiring and retaining more Members through a variety of marketing channels. You’ll need to have extensive experience in managing and optimising an e-commerce website and be an expert in driving increased sales via this platform.

We’re looking for someone who is confident and capable in using the very latest digital marketing techniques and has a proven track record in executing digital marketing campaigns that have driven leads and conversions.

It’s an exciting and fast paced environment in the Marketing Team, so you’ll need to be able to hit the ground running and demonstrate initiative, confidence, and innovative thinking!


Operations & Logistics

Commercial Property Manager – Bedford (with regional travel)

This role is technical in its nature, and you must be able to engage with UK wide agents and other external consultants to ensure that our nationwide Copart Operation Centres are maintained to corporate standards and that our teammates have sufficient, safe, and compliant office space and facilities.

You’ll regularly visit and inspect all your allocated sites, make decisions for maintenance and repair, and help manage budget, procurement, and execution.

We’re seeking someone with demonstrable experience of property/estate management across multiple sites, including overseeing large scale works programmes with effective project and financial control.

National Transport Planner – Bedford

The National Transport Planner is a key member of the Central Dispatch team, playing an integral role in the route scheduling of our national fleet and sub haul network. 

You will continually review and analyse route scheduling data in order to find the most cost-effective combination, with an aim to  increase productivity whilst ensuring that all customer SLAs are either met or exceeded.

You’ll have strong analytical skills and experience using Paragon or a similar routing software, preferably in a multi-site operation.


Customer Service

Claims Settlement Advisor – Bedford

When our insurance partners identify an accident damaged vehicle as uneconomical to repair, our Claims Settlement team is instructed to manage the process. Our Claims Settlement Advisors take over the claim – from arranging collection of the vehicle through to delivering the final settlement figure to the policy holder.

The perfect candidate will have strong communication and people skills, with the ability to build a good rapport with both our internal and external customers.

You’ll be working in a busy, vibrant, and fast-paced environment so you’ll need organisational skills and good attention to detail. Previous experience in a Claims Settlement or Call Centre environment is desirable.

Customer Support Centre Team Leader – Bedford

Our Customer Service Centre is at the centre of all communications between insurers, policy holders and the general public, and is responsible for completing an array of processes and services to insurers from start to finish. 

As Team Leader, you will be accountable for the management and motivation of your team to ensure operational excellence and the consistent delivery of high levels of internal and external customer service.

This is a hands-on role within a busy and dynamic team, so we’re seeking an energetic and motivated individual with proven experience in a customer focused environment. Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills are all a must. 


Finance

Credit Controller – Bedford

This role is responsible for providing a point of contact for our sellers, ensuring an efficient service is provided in line with agreed SLAs to ensure debts are collected in a timely manner.

You’ll manage and control the payment of debt by sellers, ensuring that the Weekly Aged Debt Report is managed effectively and maintaining open and co-operative communication between internal departments and our Operation Centres to ensure the prompt resolution of queries.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience working within a credit control environment, who has the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and wants to make a difference in an exciting and challenging environment.

Invoicing Controller – Bedford

This role is responsible for providing a point of contact for our sellers, ensuring an efficient and timely service is provided in line with agreed SLAs to pay sellers and dispatch invoices.

You’ll be responsible for the accurate checking and dispatch of all invoices in a timely manner, logging and clearing queries, and ensuring the timely production of statements.

We’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, who has experience working within an invoicing environment and is proficient in managing large quantities of data.

Accounts Payable Assistant – Bedford

This role is an integral part of the Accounts Payable team, processing invoices and payments to agreed procedures within set timescales

You’ll liaise with suppliers on a day-to-day basis and provide support to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and Finance Manager where required, so you’ll need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be a positive, analytical, can-do person with experience in coding and inputting high volumes of invoices.

Assistant Decision Support Analyst – Bedford

The Finance Department is key to our business, responsible for an array of processes and for providing support and insight to help our continued growth.

As an Assistant Decision Support Analyst, you’ll help support our growth through providing key reports, management information, and analytical support to teams across all areas of our business. You’ll be a highly numerate and computer literate individual, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.

We’re looking for someone with an analytical mind, who is good at problem solving, who can develop or improve reporting processes and deliver reports that are insightful and add value to our business.
