We currently have a vacancy for a Deskside & 2nd Line Support Technician at our Head Office in Wootton, Bedford – with a salary of £25,000.
Providing deskside and remote support to our UK, Ireland and Middle East Copart employees – you’ll need to be a highly motivated individual with strong organisational and project management skills.

And of course, maintaining our tech behind the scenes is just as important as it is on our front line. Our IT team is a vital element of our business, working tirelessly in the background to ensure the smooth continuation of all our operations and services…including our 15 Operation Centres across the UK.
We’re looking for someone with a well-established IT Engineering background to join our existing UK team of two, providing helpdesk support for all Copart systems, software and hardware.
You’ll have in-depth working knowledge of a range of systems, communications, mobility, connectivity, networking and management platforms. Knowledge of Windows 10 Office 365, OneDrive and Microsoft AD are a must.
Your expertise will be required across a range of tasks including the set-up of PCs, laptops & printers, providing Helpdesk Level 2 support and providing maintenance and troubleshooting for hardware and applications in a PC environment.
Strong communication skills are key in this role as you’ll be liaising with both the UK IT and the US IT and Infrastructure teams and collaborating directly with Copart teammates across the UK, Ireland and Middle East.
Due to the reach of this role, although you’ll be primarily at our UK Head Office in Wootton, travel to other locations may be required…so you must be flexible and adaptable.
