We’ve come a long way. Copart was originally founded in the US in 1982 with the launch of a single salvage yard in California. 38 years on, and Copart Inc is now a global leader in online vehicle auctions and a primary source for vehicle remarketing.
2007 was a landmark year for Copart Inc, when they expanded into the United Kingdom to form Copart UK Limited.
Copart UK is part of an extensive global team, operating in 11 counties with over 200 locations throughout the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain, Spain, Germany, Finland, Republic of Ireland and Brazil.

We’ve also made a significant investment into Copart Apprenticeships, offering team-mates the chance to learn new skills in an area which interests them, gain recognised qualifications and potentially progress within our business.
To date, we have invested in over 30 apprenticeships across our business in a range of areas including Customer Service, Team Leading, LGVs and Vehicle Damage Assessment.
Wide range of roles
You might be surprised at the variety of career opportunities at Copart UK.
Careers at Copart are available in many different areas of the business.
We’re pleased to offer a wide range of job roles across our UK Operations Centres including Drivers, Yard Operatives, Loader Drivers and Customer Service Representatives.
Specialist functions that operate from our Bedfordshire Head Office to support the Operations Centres include; Customer Support Centre, Claims Settlement, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Sales & Marketing, Vehicle Engineering and Legal.
