While many people are currently getting ready for their summer holidays, here at Copart we’re always planning ahead and we’re already preparing for another busy winter.
We know that vehicle volume levels and weather-related incidents will increase as we head into the winter months, so we’ve continued to invest into our operational capabilities to ensure that we remain ahead of the curve. That includes acquiring more and more land to provide maximum storage capacity for our customers across the entire UK in the event of localised weather events.
What’s happened since last winter….
- New Copart Operation Centres in Corby, East Kilbride, and Gloucester are now open with St Helen’s due next month!
- We’ve expanded our sites in Bristol, Hixon, Peterlee, and Sandtoft.
- Announced more new Operation Centres coming soon in Chelmsford and Andover.
- Our landbank now exceeds 1,000 acres across the UK and we are continually growing.
- We continue to invest in our nationwide owned fleet and now have in excess of 500 vehicles.
