We’re delighted to announce the first ever winners of the Copart Superstar Awards, our employee recognition scheme which was launched last year.
In Quarter 1, we have recognised 16 team-mates across our business as Copart Superstars for their achievements and hard work.
Our Quarter 1 Superstars
The Copart Superstar Awards were launched in 2019, replacing our previous employee recognition scheme, RACE. With the Superstar Awards anyone, regardless of their job role at Copart, can be nominated for an award by another team-mate or a customer.
Reflecting our Values
Nominations are considered each quarter for Copart team-mates who have gone above and beyond their normal duties and have demonstrated one or more of our Copart Values:

Our Top 25 Superstars are selected at the end of the financial year to attend a Superstar Lunch. Attendees, who can bring along a guest, will also have a chance to win one of five Values Awards.
Celebrating our People
Our Copart Value, ‘Celebrate our People’, is perfectly demonstrated at this event. It gives us the opportunity to recognise the contribution these dedicated people have made to our business. And, with 1,000+ employees across 18 locations, it’s a great chance to meet and get to know team-mates from all across the UK.
