In the last twelve months…
- Teammates in a wide range of locations and job roles have been recognised through our Copart Superstar awards programme.
- Our Leadership Development Programme has been rolled out to 200+ people managers
- We acquired status as an IMI approved accreditation centre, giving us the ability to deliver essential IMI TechSafe electric and hybrid vehicle training across our nationwide Operation Centres.
- Over 1,700 teammates were given the opportunity to have a Giving It Back Day, an additional paid day of leave to volunteer for a charity close to their heart.
- Our commitment to our people was recognised at the Fleet News Wellbeing Awards
- We reaffirmed our commitment to being an Accredited Living Wage Employer
- A series of Reward, Benefit and Engagement Roadshows were held for our teammates at locations all across the country.
- On Armed Forces Day we celebrated and recognised teammates who are part of this special community.
- We became the first vehicle recycling organisation to put our people through the ITSSAR ‘train the trainer’ course with The Institute of Vehicle Recovery (IVR) and announced our first cohort of ITSAAR/IVR qualified driver trainers.
