It incorporates our customer services, vehicle engineering, claims settlement, member services, and performance, quality and risk teams, with highly skilled and experienced teammates performing a wide range of unique and specialist roles.
Having these well-established areas of expertise at our Centre enables us to maintain high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and quality, while continuously developing and improving our services to drive more returns for our customers’ vehicles.
