Supporting our Copart Cares 💙 CSR commitment to caring about the personal development of our teammates, we’re marking Learning at Work Week by shining a light on our new Coaching Clinics.
Introduced earlier this year, Copart’s Coaching Clinics provide regular, small scale training opportunities for our teammates on a variety of different topics.
We’ve found this approach to be ideal for teammates who are looking to increase their knowledge of a specific area of our business, and they are run by fellow teammates with extensive experience of that particular topic who are looking to develop their own skill sets.
This is a fantastic way for us to continually identify and nurture talent within our business, and the targeted nature of the training provides fast-track learning and development opportunities for teammates who are keen to progress within their careers at Copart.
With around 1,200 teammates across 19 nationwide locations, Clinics have been run both in person and virtually over Teams so that everyone has the opportunity to attend regardless of where they are based.
Holly Rose, Learning & Development Manager, said:
“As part of our ongoing investment into learning and development, we’ll be delivering a wide range of Coaching Clinics throughout the year, providing a great personal development opportunity for both the teammates attending and providing the coaching.
“Attendees get to develop their knowledge in a fun and interactive environment, and coaches gain experience and confidence in developing and delivering training, as well as improving their communication and organisational skills.”
By providing frequent bite-size learning alongside our wider training and development programmes, our teammates are always kept up to date with latest processes and procedures and can continue to provide outstanding levels of service to our customers.
