We are delighted to announce that 100 Copart UK teammates have celebrated Long Service milestones this year.
Supporting our overall Copart Cares 💙CSR commitment to caring about our teammates, we consider our Long Service Awards to be one of our most important forms of recognition.
We love having the opportunity to reward our teammates for their years of dedication and loyalty to our business. And of course, it’s a perfect way to reflect our Copart Value ‘Celebrate our People’, which is deeply embedded into our culture.
This year we’ve had some extra special milestones achieved, with 5 teammates celebrating 25 years of service, 8 teammates celebrating 30 years of service, and 4 teammates celebrating 35 years of service.
Celebrations across our 19 UK locations took place throughout the week leading up to Easter, where Copart teammates who have completed 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years of service all received a certificate and e-vouchers.
Teammates can redeem their e-vouchers with a wide range of retailers through our recently launched Copart Rewards benefits platform, giving them the opportunity to buy themselves a substantial gift of their choice to commemorate their achievement.
Teammates with 25 years of service or more are normally invited to an annual off-site celebratory lunch. Unfortunately, we have been unable to hold the event for the past couple of years due to covid restrictions.
As a small token of our appreciation to these teammates for all their ongoing support and hard work, luxury food and drink hampers were sent out to them as an extra thank you.
Now that restrictions have been lifted, we are looking forward to resuming the event next year.
