Roles available now at Copart’s Customer Excellence Centre in Bedford

Claims Settlement Advisor (£23,452.00 per annum)

Our Claims Settlement team plays an important role in customer service excellence at Copart, handling our customers’ motor vehicle insurance claims (when a vehicle has been written off).

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills to negotiate and settle claims.  You’ll be offering phone support to customers, liaising with insurers, and processing supporting documents.

Customer Support Representative (£22,452.00 per annum)

Our Customer Support Centre (CSC) is where the journey begins for many insurance companies and their customers and is a pivotal area of Copart’s business. Our services include vehicle collection instructions and handling personal data, processing keys and documents, finance, and private plate management.

You’ll  be responsible for all data entry and administrative work, maintaining and updating the online systems, and handling incoming and outgoing calls. We’re looking for someone with a positive and professional attitude, who has strong customer service and data entry skills.

Complaints Resolution Coordinator (£22,452.00 per annum)

The Complaints Resolutions coordinator is the first point of contact for all customer complaints and is responsible for monitoring the progress of complaints and liaising with internal departments to ensure that the complaint is dealt with efficiently. We need a confident communicator with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

You’ll maintain and update company systems to ensure queries are progressed and answered in timely manner and handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to ensure delivery of excellent customer service to all of our customers.

Administrator – Vehicle Engineering (£22,452.00 per annum)

Our Vehicle Engineering Team is pivotal in the delivery of our industry leading engineering services, which provide our customers with speed of service, accuracy, and quality of reporting. We’re seeking an experienced Administrator with Microsoft office skills and an excellent telephone manner.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all data entry and administrative work for the team is carried out accurately and in a timely manner. Duties will include running daily reports, compiling month end and quarterly statistics, and answering incoming calls.
