We were proud to recognise 25 Copart Superstars in Quarter 2, further demonstrating our focus on delivering world-class customer service and supporting our Copart Cares 💙 commitment to celebrating the achievements of our teammates.
Copart Superstars, our employee recognition scheme, gives us the opportunity to show appreciation to teammates who have gone above and beyond to deliver outstanding service or support to customers or fellow teammates.
Central to our Copart Cares 💙 CSR commitment, our Superstar Awards help us to promote positive mental health and wellbeing, boost morale, and give our teammates a voice.
At the end of each quarter, we select Superstars from across all areas of our business and spanning a wide range of job roles, who have clearly demonstrated our Copart Values.
In addition to nominations received internally, we’re very pleased to say that many come directly from our customers and their policy holders too.
Our Copart Superstars receive a monetary prize to spend with a range of retailers through our recently launched benefits platform, Copart Rewards, and are presented with a certificate and a personal letter of thanks from Jane Pocock, Managing Director of Copart UK & Ireland.
