AR Credit Controller
We’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and experience in managing large quantities of data to join us as AR Credit Controller.
You’ll be a main point of contact for our sellers, ensuring an efficient and timely service is provided in line with agreed service level agreements . Your duties will include credit control for payment of debt, allocating cash received, checking and dispatch of invoices, providing remittances, and producing statements and consolidated invoicing.
The ability to work well under pressure and to deadline is a must. You’ll be a great problem-solver and communicator, who is able to resolve invoice and payment queries swiftly by liaising effectively with internal Head Office departments and our network of nationwide Operation Centres.
Management Accountant
We’re seeking a self-motivated and insightful Management Accountant to take responsibility for preparing, reporting, and reconciling our month end management accounts, and departmental P&Ls.
With excellent attention to detail, you’ll provide insightful commentary and analysis on variances to budgets; and monitor KPI’s, highlighting trends, analysing causes of unexpected variances, and making recommendations for improvements where appropriate.
We’d love to hear from individuals who are naturally inquisitive, like to challenge the norm, and are passionate about driving positive change. Good working knowledge of current accounting software systems is essential, alongside strong Excel and communication skills (both written and verbal).
FPA & Accounting Controller
If you’re a qualified accountant with a flexible can-do attitude and previous experience of managing and developing small teams, this could be the perfect role for you!
We’re looking for an FPA & Accounting Controller to take overall responsibility for preparing, reporting, and reconciling month end management accounts (P&L, BS & Cashflow) and the budgeting and forecasting process.
You’ll also be responsible for managing and leading a small team (3-4 FTE’s) and supporting their development whilst they study for professional accountancy qualifications, so ideally we’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.
Financial Accountant
Are you a qualified ACA/ACCA accountant and looking for an exciting and challenging new role?
We’re looking for a Financial Accountant to support the timely and accurate preparation of all UK statutory accounts and subsequent audit, together with the collation and provision of information to enable UK tax computations and returns to be prepared.
We’re seeking a commercially focused individual who can demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and developments alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Audit experience is advantageous.
You’ll play a key role in the continued review of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls and processes, ensuring compliance, and consistency across the UK, therefore Sarbanes/Oxley knowledge or experience of general control management is essential.
You’ll also be working with our Head of Tax to complete VAT, Corporation Tax, Digital Services Tax, and other tax returns, along with the associated accounting.
