The team

Our Member Services team is the central hub of all communications between our Head Office, Members and 15 UK Operation Centres – where all our vehicles are processed and stored.

We have a truly global buyer base with Members in over 100 countries bidding and buying through our online auctions every day. Our Members are registered, licensed, and validated buyers, and include vehicle dismantlers, vehicle repairers and used car dealerships.

The roles

Member Payment Executive

We’re looking for an organised and efficient person with excellent communication skills, who can help us to improve the customer service we provide to our Members. 

The Member Payment Executive will be responsible for guiding our Members through the payment process and ensuring that payments on vehicles are completed in a timely manner.

This will include contacting our Members via phone and/or email to encourage payment, so a professional and friendly manner is essential.  

Member Services Support Executive

The Member Services Support Executive will provide administrative support to our Breaker Bid 4 U service, a dynamic and fast-growing part of our business, so meticulous attention to detail and strong administration skills are a must.

With our BB4U service, Copart bids on Cat B vehicles (which cannot be returned to the road) on the Member’s behalf. The vehicle is then held in one of our Operation Centres so the member can come in and break parts from the vehicle within a safe and controlled environment.  

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to help support the continued growth and success of this service. This will include managing the accounts of existing buyers and identifying new prospects.

Administrator (Licensing)

The Administrator will provide support to our Membership Data Technician and Licensing Compliance Auditor, ensuring that our Members hold the necessary licenses to purchase Cat B vehicles (vehicles which cannot be returned to the road).

We’re looking for someone with great admin and organisational skills to work closely with our Members and ensure that our strict licensing requirements are met. As a legal requirement, all records must be kept up to date, so meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry skills are essential.  

It’s a fast-paced environment, so we need a person who is well-organised and efficient, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Member Services Administrator

The Member Services Administrator is the  first point of contact for our Members, so will need to have exceptional customer service skills, a passion for problem solving, and the ability to multi-task efficiently.

The Member Services Team are responsible for the registration and renewal of all Copart Members, who want to bid and buy in our UK and Ireland auction.

The Member Services Administrator plays a vital role in providing an amazing customer experience for our Members, by managing incoming calls, providing support with registration completion, and helping to answer any account queries.
