We are delighted to recognise 31 teammates across our business as Copart Superstars in Quarter 2.
The Copart Superstar Awards is our employee recognition scheme, which gives both our employees and our customers the opportunity to nominate a teammate for their hard work and achievements, regardless of their job role.
At Copart, we believe that showing appreciation to our people is essential for boosting morale and wellbeing, and this has become even more important during the ongoing pandemic.
We’re so proud of how teammates have continued to provide such fantastic service and support to our customers and to each other, despite dealing with their own personal challenges.
At the end of each quarter, winners are selected from across all areas of our business for their outstanding demonstration of one or more of our Copart Values – Act with Integrity, Be an Owner, Celebrate our People, Challenge the Norm and Get Results.
