Our Transporter App is a fantastic demonstration of how technology enables our people to maintain the highest levels of service. Not only is our nationwide fleet fully optimised to ensure the quickest possible collections – with 96% of vehicles collected within a day – our drivers are also equipped with an app that ensures each vehicle is fully imaged and checked thoroughly. The customer is then able to review and sign to say they are happy with the checks carried out, from removing personal data from the vehicle (in physical and digital form) through to images of the vehicle’s condition.
All of this information is uploaded immediately to the secure Copart cloud which means our operation centres are aware of the condition of the vehicle, and when to expect it to arrive onsite to be received as quickly as possible.
