As our team continues to expand to meet the growing needs of our customers, we have secured a new office location just 10 minutes from our Head Office in Wootton, Bedfordshire, which will bring all of our Customer Support and Outsourced Services teams under one roof. They will form a single dedicated Customer Excellence Centre focussed on continually providing and improving the level of service our customers receive, to make sure doing business with us is as frictionless as possible.
The continued increase in the number of customers who have taken the opportunity to utilise our Engineering and Claims Settlement teams to support their claims processes is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our people, who understand the importance of looking after our customers. These teams work closely together to provide our customers with a smooth experience that compliments the convenient collection of their vehicles.
This new space will enable us to continue to grow our customer facing teams whilst ensuring that our teams can continue their seamless collaboration which enables them to provide support to our customers when they need it the most.
