V5c no Longer Issued on CAT A or CAT B Vehicles by DVLA

Please be aware that following the abolition of the Vehicle Identity Check (VIC) scheme on the 26^th October 2015 and from that date the DVLA will no longer issue V5c’s for any CAT A or CAT B vehicle.
