We proudly presented 28 Superstar Awards in Quarter 4, as part of our ongoing Copart Cares commitment to celebrating the achievements of our teammates.
Our Copart Superstar Awards give us the perfect opportunity to recognise teammates who have gone the extra mile to deliver world-class service and support to customers and to each other.
Nominations for Superstar Awards can be made internally, which is a great way for us to give our teammates a voice, and are also received directly from our customers and their policy holders, and through TrustPilot.
Superstars are selected quarterly from across all areas of our business, representing a wide range of job roles. Winners receive shopping vouchers, which are redeemable through our Copart Rewards benefits platform, along with a certificate and letter of thanks from our CEO.
