Celebrating Copart Superstars for Quarter 1

We proudly recognised 15 Copart Superstars in Quarter 1, supporting our Copart Cares 💙 CSR commitment to caring about our teammates, and celebrating our strong focus on delivering world-class customer service.

Copart Superstars is our employee recognition scheme, and we love having this opportunity every quarter to show appreciation to teammates who have gone the extra mile to deliver outstanding levels of service to our customers.

Many of our nominations come directly from those customers and their policy holders, as well as from fellow teammates.

Each quarter, we select Superstars from across all areas of our business, who we feel have gone above and beyond and have embodied one or more of our Copart Values, which are at the heart of everything we do.

Each of our Copart Superstars are presented with a certificate, shopping voucher, and a personal letter of thanks from Jane Pocock, Managing Director of Copart UK & Ireland.

I am both delighted and proud to say that we’ve received 260 Superstar nominations for teammates in a variety of job roles across our business over the last 12 months, demonstrating the truly fantastic culture we have at Copart for caring about our customers, teammates, and communities.”
