Supporting our strong focus on delivering world-class customer service, we are proud to recognise 24 teammates across our business as Copart Superstars in Quarter 4.
Copart Superstars is our employee recognition scheme, which gives us a fantastic opportunity to highlight the incredible levels of service Copart teammates offer to our customers every day, often going above and beyond to ensure a world-class experience is achieved.
We’re delighted that many of the nominations we receive come directly from those customers and their policy holders, as well as from fellow teammates.
Nominations are considered for anyone who has gone above and beyond their normal duties and have demonstrated one or more of our Copart Values, which are at the heart of everything we do.
At the end of each quarter, we select Superstars from across all areas of our business, and from a wide variety of job roles. The winners receive a certificate, shopping voucher, and a personal letter of thanks from Jane Pocock, Managing Director of Copart UK & Ireland.
