Driven by a strong focus on our customers, we are delighted to announce a new record number of teammates across our business have been recognised as Copart Superstars in Quarter 3.
The Copart Superstar Awards is our employee recognition scheme, which enables both teammates and customers to nominate an individual or group for demonstrating one or more of our Copart Values – Act with Integrity, Be an Owner, Celebrate our People, Challenge the Norm and Get Results.
Our Superstar Awards are a fantastic opportunity to highlight the incredible levels of service Copart teammates offer to our customers every day, often going above and beyond to ensure a world-class experience is achieved. We’re delighted that many of the nominations we receive come directly from those customers and their policy holders.
At the end of each quarter, we select winners from across all areas of our business, and from a wide variety of job roles.
Each winner is presented with a certificate and shopping vouchers, along with a personal letter from Jane Pocock, Managing Director of Copart UK & Ireland.
For Quarter 3, we are delighted to recognise 37 teammates for their hard work and achievements.
