We’re delighted to announce that 24 teammates across our business have been recognised as Quarter 4 Copart Superstars for their hard work and achievements.
The Copart Superstar Awards, which is Copart’s employee recognition scheme, enables both employees and customers to nominate any teammate who has gone above and beyond, regardless of their job role.
At the end of each quarter, we select Superstar Winners from across all areas of our business, who have exceeded expectations and have demonstrated one or more of our Copart Values.
At Copart, we realise the importance of recognising our teammates for their hard work and achievements.
Showing appreciation to our people, especially during a time when they may be struggling with additional family or money related worries, is essential for boosting morale and wellbeing.
We’re extremely proud of the way our people have remained so motivated and positive throughout the ongoing challenges of Covid-19.
They have continued to provide outstanding service and support to both customers and fellow teammates, and as far as we are concerned every single one of them is a star!

In accordance with Covid-19 safety guidelines, our Quarter 4 Copart Superstars received their awards through a combination of socially distanced presentations and video calls.
Each Copart Superstar received a certificate, shopping vouchers and a personal letter of thanks from Jane Pocock, Managing Director of Copart UK & Ireland.
