That’s why we’re proud to announce that we have successfully passed our ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management) audits with zero non-conformances, receiving no major or minor findings across all three internationally recognised standards! 

 

Committed to continuous improvement 

 

Conducted over a four-week period, the audits assessed our quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety systems.  

 

The outcome reflects the strength of the processes, systems and culture that underpin our operations and highlights our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.  

 

The independent auditor praised the significant progress we’ve made since previous assessments across operational systems and processes, and highlighted clear evidence of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.  

 

They also noted there were no negative trends, recognising the consistency and high standards we maintain across our operations. 

 

But most rewarding of all was the auditor’s description of Copart as “a breath of fresh air” – a testament to the positive culture and collaborative approach that continue to set our business apart. 

 

The strength of our standards 

 

The audits identified several key strengths including strong and consistent operational processes, excellent record keeping and traceability, continued progress against environmental and sustainability objectives, and a clear commitment to health and safety.  

 

Auditors also recognised that our management systems are actively embedded throughout the business and are continually reviewed and improved, rather than simply maintained to satisfy audit requirements.
