Jane Pocock, CEO of Copart UK & Ireland  was the winner in not one, but two, categories at the 2025 Motor Trader Women in Motor Industry Awards!

This inspiring event was held on 4th December, bringing together leaders and trailblazers from across the UK automotive sector to celebrate the remarkable women driving the industry forward.

With 30+ years of experience within the automotive industry under her belt, Jane leads the second most established market in Copart’s global business. She has full responsibility for all areas of the UK & Ireland business, influencing quality of service at our 33 locations, and leading development and growth of Copart UK and its family of brands – U-Pull-It, The Green Parts Specialists, and Cash for Cars.

Jane leads Copart’s continuing growth in the UK and is responsible for further developing our exceptional service delivery, market leading services, and expansion.

The judges found Jane is an exceptional, senior leader at Copart UK & Ireland, driving significant growth, innovation, and sustainability. She demonstrates strategic thinking in the remarketing sector and actively champions gender balance through initiatives like the Automotive 30% Club.
