We’re delighted to be auctioning a Lotus Eletre on behalf of Giveacar, a not-for-profit social enterprise which recycles donated used cars to raise money for a wide range of UK charities.

Giveacar, which has a long-standing customer relationship with Copart, provides owners with a simple way to get rid of unwanted vehicles while raising money for good causes.

To date, they have raised over £4 million for over 1,800 charities and co-ordinated the collection of over 40,000 vehicles.

The Lotus was donated to Giveacar to support Regional Screen Scotland, a not-for-profit private company that facilitates local cinema access to remote Scottish communities.

The owner donated his prized possession, which he had waited two years to buy, to help fund the purchase of a mobile cinema which is much needed in his local community.

To show our support, we’re waiving our usual seller fees and providing free virtual vehicle viewings. We’re hoping for a fantastic result for Regional Screen Scotland when the vehicle goes through our online auction later this week!
