The Indy NXT championship heads to Nashville this weekend, where Copart-sponsored driver Louis Foster will take on the Tennessee street circuit for the first time.
Having been in pole position for all three of the Indy NXT Series’ street events this season so far, we’re confident that Louis is going to turn in a strong performance.
He is currently fifth overall in the championship standings and is the second highest-placed rookie in the series.
This temporary street circuit takes racers by Nissan Stadium, home of the NFL Tennessee Titans, and over the Korean War Veterans Memorial Bridge into downtown Nashville, the first motorsports course of its kind in the world to cross a major body of water.
“We’ve had really good speed on street circuits with the three poles so far this season. Obviously, the focus now is doing that again and converting it into another victory. The focus is maximising the last six races to put ourselves in the best possible position at the end of the year.”
There are six races remaining in the championship, including Nashville, so there is still everything to play for!
Don’t miss the action in Tennessee this weekend!
