Copart-sponsored driver and reigning Indy Pro champion Louis Foster heads to Florida this weekend for the start of the Indy NXT season and has set his sights high!
“The expectations this year are to win the championship. I think that’s pretty obvious, we have the momentum from winning last year’s Indy Pro 2000 championship and we have to make that count and do our best to take the next step. We’re fully focused on taking this season race by race and maximising each weekend to the best of our abilities, and if we do that we’ll have a great chance to score good results.” – Louis Foster
After a spectacular US debut in 2022, Louis now joins Andretti Autosport for 2023 and has his eyes firmly on the prize once again as he takes the next step up the Indy ladder.
The year is already off to a great start for this talented young driver, who was recently made a BRDC SuperStar for 2023, which is a huge honour within the racing community.
Louis makes his Indy NXT debut on Friday 3rd March in the first practice session at St Petersburg, and races on Sunday 5th March.
