As part of our ongoing Copart Cares 💙 commitment to celebrating the achievements of our teammates, we recognised 20 Copart Superstars in Quarter 1. 

Our Superstar Awards give us a fantastic opportunity to shine a light on Copart teammates all across the UK who have demonstrated high levels of care, service, and support to our customers and communities, and to each other.  

Nominations for Superstar Awards are made internally via a quick and easy process on our Copart Rewards benefits and communications platform. This is a great way for us to give our teammates a voice and enable them to provide peer-to-peer recognition. 

We are delighted to say that we also receive nominations directly from our customers and their policy holders, and through TrustPilot reviews.  

In the last year, we have received over 300 nominations, which is absolutely phenomenal!  

We select our Copart Superstars on a quarterly basis, spanning all areas of our business and representing a wide range of job roles.  

Winners receive shopping vouchers, which are redeemable through our Copart Rewards, along with a certificate and letter of thanks from our CEO, Jane Pocock.
