As part of our ongoing Copart Cares 💙 commitment to recognising and celebrating the achievements of our teammates, we are proud to have presented 17 Copart Superstar Awards in Quarter 3.
Copart Superstars gives us the opportunity to show appreciation to teammates who demonstrate our focus on delivering world-class service and support to customers and to each other.
Our Copart Superstar Awards are also a great way for us to promote positive mental health and wellbeing across our business, boosting morale and giving our teammates a voice.
At the end of each quarter, we select our Superstars from across all areas of our business and spanning a wide range of job roles, who have clearly demonstrated our Copart Values.
Our Copart Superstars receive an e-voucher which they can redeem through our benefits platform, Copart Rewards, with a wide range of retailers. They are also presented with a certificate and a personal letter of thanks from Jane Pocock, CEO – Copart UK & Ireland.
