Roles available now at Copart’s Head Office in Wootton, Bedford
Administrator – Group Transport (£21,952.00 per annum)
Our Transport Operations team handles the collection and delivery of predominantly accident damaged cars, vans, LGVs and other vehicles on behalf of insurance and automotive customers across our nationwide Operation Centres.
We’re looking for a Group Transport Administrator, with excellent IT and organisational skills, to help us maintain our high standards of customer service. You’ll be responsible for dealing with incoming calls and the administration of all Transport related processes, including maintaining central vehicle records, raising purchase orders, generating reports, and managing general correspondence.
Administrator – Member Services (£22,452.00 per annum)
Member Services is responsible for the registration and renewal of all Copart Members, who bid and buy in our UK and Ireland online auctions. We’re looking for someone with a passion for problem solving and helping others to join the team!
We need someone with exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner to provide an amazing customer experience for our Members. You’ll manage incoming calls, complete new membership registrations and renewals, deal with account queries, and provide assistance with bidding and buying at our auctions.
Account Executive – Insurance Sales (£25,000.00 per annum)
Copart’s Account Executives provide dedicated support services to our insurance customers to ensure that their individual requirements are implemented effectively. The ability to develop customer relationships and rapport is essential, so you must be a confident communicator with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
In this role, you will be allocated a portfolio of customer accounts and will become their point of contact, ensuring that all phone calls and emails are answered promptly and politely. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential as you will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service at all times, resolving any problems, complaints, updates, and account issues.
