We have been busy further developing our ClaimHub system which supports our Claim Settlement Service. We have recently launched our ‘ClaimHub App’ which is a new service that enables your policy holder or authorised party to easily and effectively manage their claim via an App.

- Select option to receive information via email, text message, or phone call – providing the policy holder with a choice
- One place to upload and save all required documentation relating to their claim, for example, V5, Finance details, DVLA checks, etc.
- Manage their claim at their convenience

- All workflow-driven, next steps in the claim process are automatically populated
