Copart teammates across our 18 UK locations joined forces with other members of the claims community on Friday 12th February to support ILC Day 2021 (I Love Claims).
Now in its ninth consecutive year, ILC Day is an annual event where members of the insurance claims industry come together and wear something red to raise funds for ILC’s official charity, Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity.
At Copart, we’re proud to have established a culture that is committed to charitable giving and we always enjoy working together across the UK to support national charitable events.
Despite the challenges of the ongoing pandemic, we were determined to participate in the event as normal. We were delighted to see so many of our teammates taking part in ILC Day 2021 and demonstrating the Copart Spirit for a great cause.
And, although many of our teammates are currently working from home, they were still able to take part thanks to Zoom and Teams video calls!
All Copart teammates taking part wore something red and donated to the Rainbow Trust, which provides bespoke support for families who have a child with a serious illness, allowing them to make the most of their precious time together.

As an ILC Corporate Partner, Copart also made a separate donation to the charity at the ILC Virtual Motor Claims Networking Lunch earlier in the month. We were delighted to hear that our contribution took the overall total raised during the lunch to over £20,000.
