We’re pleased to announce the launch of another exciting new apprenticeship scheme at Copart, the Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager Diploma for Leaders & Managers.
At Copart, we actively encourage the personal development of all teammates at Copart. We’ve continued to make significant investment into our apprenticeship schemes, offering our people the chance to learn new skills, gain industry recognised qualifications and receive potential progression opportunities.
To date, we have invested in over 41 apprenticeships across our business in a range of areas including Customer Service, Team Leading, LGVs and Vehicle Damage Assessment. The latest apprenticeship to be launched is the Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager Diploma.
In association with awarding organisations City & Guilds and Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), participants will receive a combination of face-to-face learning and coaching, interactive learning tools, and access to a range of online resources and social communities.
This apprenticeship is perfect for Copart teammates who manage teams, projects, or departments. It has been designed to enhance their existing knowledge and expertise, and prepare them with a full range of skills, techniques, and insights to manage people, develop relationships and deliver results for our business.
