We are seeking an experienced motor Claims Manager. If you have a background in handling claims, can work to tight deadlines and are passionate about providing excellent customer service…then this role could be for you!
We work on behalf of prestigious motor claims insurers; processing motor claims, providing vehicle valuations, and offering exceptional service to our policy holders whilst guiding them through the claims handling process.
As Claims Manager at Copart you will play a key part in our future success. You’ll manage and lead our Claims Settlement Team, ensuring consistent delivery of the high levels of internal and external customer service that will enable the generation of increasing levels of profitability in day-to-day claims activities.

- Provide excellent leadership to the team, demonstrating core values, giving excellent customer service with high standards and attention to detail to drive a high-performance team culture
- Deliver world class operational standards
- Measure performance through agreed SLA’s and KPI’s
- Drive continuous improvement through regular internal and external communication
- Proactively manage effective relationships with external stakeholders
What you’ll bring…
- Proven experience of managing a large team (30+) within a contact centre environment
- Experience of developing teams
- Proven experience of business improvement
- Excellent attention to detail, problem solving and solution focused approach
- Dynamic, motivational and energetic leadership style
- You may have ideally worked within the Automotive or Insurance industry with experience in claims settlement
This is a permanent role based in our Head Office at Wootton, Bedford.
The role is accompanied by a competitive salary of £40,000 – £45,000 per annum plus benefits.
