We’re pleased to announce that in Quarter 2, we have recognised 16 team-mates across our business as Copart Superstars for their outstanding achievements and hard work.

During this challenging period, as the ongoing coronavirus situation continues to impact on individuals and businesses, we are very proud of our amazing team-mates who carry on going above and beyond for our business and our customers every day.

It was fantastic to see so many nominations coming in this quarter from so many different areas of our business. We were delighted to have Copart Superstar winners from a wide range of job roles; from field-based drivers and trainers, to office-based managers and customer service representatives.

Recognition without restriction

At Copart, we believe it is very important to recognise and reward hard work. Our Copart Superstar Awards scheme was launched in 2019, replacing our previous employee recognition scheme, RACE.

We also believe that recognition should not come with restrictions, so anyone at Copart regardless of their job role can be nominated as a Superstar by a fellow team-mate or customer.

Nominations are considered for anyone who has gone above and beyond their normal duties and have demonstrated one or more of our Copart Values.

The Copart Values are at the heart of everything we do. We are very proud of our ‘family’ culture, which we have retained even as the company has continued to grow.
